Unique hand-tinted top of this wine bottle stopper is a 1 1/4" round bezel containing chips of sea glass.  Each Bottle stopper is hand painted.
Base is a silver plated zinc alloy with rubber seal.  
When silver plating tarnishes, DO NOT clean with silver polish.  This will remove the silver plating, clean with toothpaste.
