So, who's coming to cut the cheese with Frank at The Cheese Wheel Village Market this Sunday? Frank cuts the best cheese and The Cheese Wheel is the best anywhere.
Fiddlehead Ferns are the subject of Annie's poem this week and, if you click on the pic of these fiddlehead ferns, I've arranged a treat for you.
We had our first Pop Up at Auclair's Market last Sunday. Some of our favorite customers from when we had the store came by to visit with us. It's always good to see our friends so, all-in-all, it was a good day.
This Sunday is the last Sunday before Mother's Day so we hope to see more friends at The Cheese Wheel. I just want to remind you that if you want to order anything from the Love This Beach Collection with sand from a special beach, today will be your last chance to order for Annie to be able to bring it with us to The Cheese Wheel on Sunday for you to pick up. The last day is probably Sunday to order and have your item shipped (via USPS) to have it arrive in time for Mother's Day.
The jury is out on whether we're going to try and do lots of pop ups and craft fairs or just occasional, we'll let you know. See ya in Tiverton on Sunday or in your in box next Friday.
The Fiddlehead Ferns
It's not easy to spot the Fiddlehead Ferns
although they love to nestle near the water.
If you walk along Riverside
chances are you will spot them
gracefully bowing to the sea grass
as the wind invites them to dance.
Their tenure is brief
but ever so joyful
and filled with the celebration of spring,
each one an amazing maze
of curling wonder.
Stay safe and shop small, shop local and shop online (but only small biz). Say goodnight Shorty.
